How do I place an order?
Simply email sales@tuffcoglass.com.au or call 1300 TUFFCO.
What are the maximum sizes for machine processing?
- Float and laminate glass cutting up to 2440mm x 3660mm
- Glass furnace maximum capacity 2440mm x 3660mm
- Glass furnace minimum size, approximately 300mm x 100mm
- Double Glazed Unit (DGU) Line up to 2500mm x 3000mm, 2100mm x 3000mm (toughened)
- CNC cutting up to 1500mm x 3000mm
- Water jet cutting 1950mm x 3800mm
Do TuffCo supply bulk blocks of glass?
Yes, we can supply bulk glass orders. Please email sales@tuffcoglass.com.au to get in touch with our sales team.
How is my order tracked and delivered?
All TuffCo trucks have GPS tracking, please get in touch with the office to find out your delivery truck’s location.
What happens when there is a breakage?
For any product damaged during manufacturing or delivery, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and rework commenced.
What support do TuffCo provide?
TuffCo’s staff are trained, highly skilled employees who operate a wide range of glass processing equipment. Call 1300 TUFFCO to get glass advice or assistance.
What about warranties?
For any defects or broken product please notify TuffCo within 48hrs of receiving the product by calling 1300 TUFFCO or emailing sales@tuffcoglass.com.au.
