Glass processing and manufacturing

TuffCo provide wholesale glass and custom glass processing services to manufacturers and glaziers throughout NSW.

For wholesale glass orders, we dispatch without further processing.

For orders requiring processing, we use computer controlled cutting tables to cut float and laminate glass sheets to size, and polish and wash the cut panels. If further processing is required we cut shapes and holes using CNC and water jet machines.

For safety glass applications we toughen glass panels in line with AS/NZS 2208 Australian standards.

TuffCo manufacture double glazed units (DGUs) made from a selection of stock or performance float and laminate glasses.
